Fees and conditions
$170 p/h plus GST

The first 15 minute discovery call to explore the possibility of a supervisory or mentoring relationship is at no cost, This is where you talk to Fiona about what you are seeking - if a good fit is determined, subsequent sessions are negotiated as per the fee schedule.

Payment - individuals
Online / remote supervision and mentoring session attendees will be emailed a tax invoice directly following the session. A receipt for the session will be emailed following payment.
Payment terms are seven days.

Payment - organisations
Many organisations value the benefit of external supervision for employees and may agree to pay towards the costs of supervision on behalf of staff and / or enable staff to attend sessions during work hours. Where an organisation pays, a tax invoice will be emailed directly following the session. A receipt for all sessions will be emailed following payment.

Availability
Sessions are provided via a secure online meeting platform such as Zoom or Skype, as negotiated. Services are supplied during business hours, with a limited number of after-hours appointments available.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time may incur a fee up to the full cost of the session.
